En principio, deberIa haberse actualizado el sistema automáticamente, al reiniciar el sistema después de instalar :( .
En mi caso, aparecía una ventana emergente de consola en la que se pedía confirmación para actualizar el sistema. :D Es un proceso largo y al final del mismo te indica lo de la zona horaria clap .

No obastante también puedes configurarlo manualmente :D desde elive panel/user configurations y seleccionas el icono del teclado(con esto seleccionas el teclado)


Para la zona horaria sigue los mismos pasos pero seleccionando el icono de fecha y hora y listo.

It is easy as is. Left Click on desktop -- Settings -- Control Panel.
Everything there.

I hate ATI... but I love Elive. It work with ATI with no problem.

yeah i know that, but the timezone selector seems literally squashed... here is a picture...



not a big deal, really, but it seems to reset my system clock everytime i reboot... don't know if it is related to the broken selector or just wrong configuration...
