adsl/pppoe configurator is not working

Hi I tried to use de adsl/pppoe configurator but it doesn't starts.
I get a message that the applications stopped working but there's no error message or log.
Help please.

I always use the command line to configure my pppoe internet connection:

pppoeconf

in the terminal as root and answer "yes" to all the questions till final using Tab and Enter keyboard buttons.

Procesor Intel Ci3-2100 3.10Ghz,64bit,3MB BOX,

NVIDIA GeForce 210,1GB DDR3,PCI-E,
Linux user:#492560,E17-Ecomorph user.

I tried with the terminal but it doesn't start.

Same problem, when click on adsl/pppoe it just doesn't do anything!
