Good luck dude.
I've been screaming this from the goddamn mountaintops since I was turned onto this distro. It's so minimal and clean, easily the best implementation of E16/17 and ideal for older systems especially the first gen netbooks... It kills me that the forums are a ghost town. I can't use a distro with no support from the community and no one takes ELive seriously because of this stubborn paywall nonsense. It seems like they've changed everything except the one thing holding it back.
Imagine if instead of charging a measly $15, Thanatermesis spent his time shopping this around to ASUS and instead of fighting the community he courted the higher level Linux gurus to support his OS? He'd have significant market share and enough people using and supporting this thing to be a major player and make some real money. Instead he'll keep banging his head against the wall and we'll do the same waiting for this awesome distro to die a slow death.
