I successfully installed Elive 1.0 on my laptop, and now everything works fine.
I only had a small problem: black screen when running the cd in live mode, before installing. This was due to bad xorg.conf.
How to solve this issue:
1) Open a console with ctrl+alt+f1 and log in as eliveuser, with the password elive;
2) Type dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg and follow the steps. Be sure to answer yes to the question related to the automatic detection of the video card! And when choosing the resolutions, add even 1280x800 (which is the best for this laptop).
3) Edit /etc/X11/xorg.conf (for example typing: nano /etc/X11/xorg.conf) adding the following string at the end of the "Device" block:
Option "VBEModes" "True"
4) Switch to the graphical mode display (ctrl+alt+f9), which will obviousely be black at moment, and press ctrl+alt+backspace. If everything worked fine you'll see the login screen.
If you were wondering, Elive automatically detects everything, including the wifi adapter.
P.S.: I apologize for my english.
