Adobe Air w/o gnome or KDE
November 05, 2009 10:29PM
From a question posted to #elive, I successfully installed Adobe Air in Elive Dev with no gnome. The only requirement was gnome-keyring

apt-get install gnome-keyring

There were no additional dependencies. The install of Adobe Air went flawlessly using version 1.5.2 downloaded from Adobe. I did it last night, and I think I had to chmod the install executable, but I'm not sure.
Installing applications within AAir I have not tried.
