Check out Debian Packages, View Package Lists, View packages sin the stable distribution, Miscellaneous, dvb-apps or dvbstream. I haven't tried them, but they look like what you're looking for.

I only need a aplicacion like the configuration of screen in windows, where I can choose to expand the desktop to the TV.

which grapics card do you use? if nvidia (Enlightenment and therefore elive is optimised for using nvidia cards because other manufactureers do not properly support linux) then open up synaptic under administration and search for nvidia-settings
install this and an icon should come up under administration or preferences
if not open the terminal and type nvidia-settings
this will open the application now just pick your tv from x server display. and save if required.

on laptops you just need to hit the fn-key and f5 or f6 but on desktops you actually need to change the display device in the x server file...just remember to turn it back to you desktop monitor when you're finished watching your movie.

if you have any other type of graphics card you will need to change the values in the x server file manually and I'd not advise this.

Yeah, I sold my ATI radeon hd card last year when I decided to stick to elive and bought nvidia 8800gt because of graphics driver issues, especially when using ecomorph.

you can try what this person did

it is probably safer than playing around with XOrg.conf

answer is to learn how to configure xorg.conf (@/etc/X11/corg.conf), then youl be fine, just search at net for some examples - make backup
