Hi,
I have a probleme with the file manager "Thunar". I can't read a CD, DVD or a USB key, an error appear

Failed to mount "XXX"
failed to determine the mount point of /dev/xxx


I don't have this probleme with the root account.
What is the probleme ?
I have modified the fstab to add the device but noting change ...

Just remove the entry's of you fstab for any device that you want to be mounted automatically when you plug it

i think that i must add my account to the cdrom group. Can i use the commande "adduser" with my account without modified it ?

In a terminal, do the "users-admin" command.

It's a GUI for manage users, and particulary theirs options.

the correct way to manager users on Elive is using the users manager stuff from elpanel, a own Elive tool with the correct privileges and stuff included directly
