You probably deleted the shelf at the top left corner of the screen (shelf 5)
The safest way to fix it is
left-click > Desktop > Shelves > add Shelf
a new shelf will appear, probably at the bottom right of your screen
right-click on the self and select shelf settings
(if the original shelf is still there then you just deleted the iBox so all you do is click on the shelf and it will bring up its settings window)
now click on "Advanced" then in the layout section of the shelf settings window and select where you want to place the shelf.
You can now click on "Set Contents" to add the iBox.
