(Solved!) Forecasts module/gadget configuration

Hello!

That's because I couldn't find the code in the way explained in the configuration dialog.
It asks me to go to [weather.yahoo.com], find my location and then, find the respective code in the url. But in this way I couldn't do so!

Thanks!!!

Hi!
w00t

You are right. This is really not working that way! ohmygod
To find the proper code just go to www.weather.com. Search your Location and then take the Code from the URL.
As an Example I did that for New York (NY, USA). The URL looks like that:

http://www.weather.com/weather/today/USNY0996?lswe=New York, NY, United States&from=searchbox_typeahead

In this Case the Code needed is USNY0996.

I hope that was useful to you.

Hi! w00t

The code has worked successfully!!! clap

I did what you told me, and got the following url:
http://www.weather.com/weather/today/Rio+de+Janeiro+Brazil+BRXX0201

A bit different from your example, but the code is there!!! happy

Thanks a lot, and I hope I can help people here too!!!
Sorry about my english! wink
