Misc Howtos I was told by many people that it was not possible to compile pidgin on Elive and that's plain wrong. You just need the right depends. if you .configure it will tell you what your missing then you can apt-get update && apt-cache search package then apt-get install packagename
./configure again and it will tell you the next package you're missing.

[OLD] - Installed Mode I'm about to test my scripts here but I was requested to post them first. Consider this alpha/draft. I have remastered my CDs before and these seem to be accurate to the naked eye but go ahead and test them. Anyone with a basic knowledge of linux should be able to get these working with lille modification.
I plan to later add in better variable paths and pass values when calling the scrip

Misc Howtos Install needed crypto stuff
apt-get install cryptsetup libpam-mount
Create your partition as normal, for the example we use /dev/sdb4
gparted
If you don't restart your system you probably will get errors, though you may not. If you skip this step I will not try to support your problems/questions/comments.
