G'day there Beagle2, But won't that just run it after login, not from boot? Man xscreensaver provides an eplanation of how to do it with xdm as login manager, but Elive seems to be very different insofar as config files and what gets run when. I have it running fine after login, but haven't yet figured out how to do it with entrance on screen. See ya Kenby ken - [OLD] - Installed Mode
G'day there Detox, I can confirm graffen's supposition. I just installed Elive as a dual boot on my laptop about a week ago. Installed totally painlessly first go. I loaded Grub into the MBR, but I had to modify the menu.lst by hand as my machine has the Vista reinstall thingy saved to a FAT32 hd. I guess the vendor thought that was cheaper than supplying Vista CDs <shby ken - Configurations and Hardware Solutions
