ok, i figured it all out i will provide my solution incase anybody else has a similar issue if you browse through the files on the bonus disks you will see that all of the .debs for each of the games are located in their own individual directories with all of the dependencies included, also in .deb format i ended up just searching the repositories for each game individually and installby tjwoosta - Applications
i need linux-source-2.6.25.16-elive-686 - 12 years ago
im trying to compile the driver for my wireless card (this is the same driver that i use with every linux distro, and i know it works with the 2.6.25 kernel) so i installed the kernel-headers and build-essential and anything else i though i would need to compile this driver, but i cant find the kernel-source-2.6.25.16 in the repositories i tried to compile with only the headers but i gby tjwoosta - Hardware, Wifi's and Drivers

ok, so im thinking that i cant install the bonus disks on the testing version... can anybody at least give me a list of the games that are included, that way i can try to install them myself?by tjwoosta - Applications

i installed elive testing version (because i wanted the newer kernel and softwares) i was planning to install all three gamers bonus disks, but i cant even get the first one to work is there any way to install the bonus disks on the testing version of elive? btw i have testing version 1.9.16 not 1.9.18by tjwoosta - Applications

i just have to say, i freaking love this disto! i've been experamenting with many different distrobutions and desktop environments over the past year or so, and i have decided to stick with elive elive combines the familiarity and the package management system of debian with the simplicity and beauty of enlightenment not to mention that the unstable version of elive is 10 times moby tjwoosta - Good Experiencies
problem with audio while watching video in mplayer - 12 years ago
whenever i try to play any .avi videos my audio is all messed up (it sounds very scratchy and noisy, to the point where you cant even make out what the words are) i have not yet had the opportunity to play any other video formats so im not sure if its only .avi's or not does anybody know what i am doing wrong? i think it might simply be a codec that is missing or something, butby tjwoosta - Applications
