Well, Thanatermsis worked hard to really annoy and fuck things up.
There are lots of GNU/Linux Distributions that will fit your needs!

[OLD] - Live mode If it still wont work after upgrading the system I fear its a drivers Problem or a Bug inside Network Connector.
Besides that: WEP is insecure! You should NOT USE IT! You may switch to WPA.
Also, since there was little or no Development in Elive for about one Year (yes, 12 Month!) I cannot recommend it as a reliable, secure System.

[OLD] - Live mode HI!
Seems like we have to clarify something here: Copying any *.iso file to a usb-device by using Unetbootin is NOT an installation.
QuoteDown loaded special Elive Unetbootin file to USB stick and then followed instructions and installed the iso file to this boot disk. Everything appeared to finish and work during Unetbootin install. When I reboot the USB is not recognized as a boot disk a

[OLD] - Live mode As far as I know the Keys expire after some hours. I do remember so called "Invitation Codes" expired after 48 hours.
But I'm not sure wether this applies to the regular sold Codes too.
Sorry for my poor answer.

Announcements of Newest Features Unfortunately this statement was business as usual: many words, little information.
Thana might be a great Coder, but he really isnt a Writer.

Announcements of Newest Features Hi!
No, this is not normal.
And to be honest I doubt this was caused by the live-CD, because it doesn't even touch the hdd!
You may check wether this happens with elive only, or with other live-CDs, too.
Have Fun!

Other Suggestions hi!
Its not Elive to blame here!
Its a well know problem of that Browser you are using.
You should reject using it.
"To remove this error just go to the options of chrome to manage certificates and remove all. automatically correct it new certificates."
This solution was found using google and 5 Minutes of reading.

Applications Hi!
Sounds quite impossible. In Case your Grafix-cards maximum resolution is 1024x768 you wont be able using anything above that. Its a Hardware Limitation which cant be solved by software.

Enlightenment Hi!
The more People reject buying hardware sold without proper GNU/Linux Drivers, the quicker the Manufacturers will understand GNU/Linux is not Freakware anymore!

Applications Hey Eric!
What makes you think you should have Elive Topaz?
Your elive-version is clearly indicated as 0.3.
You can also read it is based on Debian etch, which is a little old.
See this list: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Debian#Release_history
Even if your Sources List shows lenny-sources it still remains Elive_0.3.
And yes, it is normal, that there are not too many NEW upgrades av

Users corner Hi!
That sounds like the Filesystem on that USB-Device is damaged.
Try to check it by using "fsck" as root.
In Case it's damaged best thing you can do: Formatting.
Have Fun.

[OLD] - Installed Mode Hi!
I really understand your Frustration!
Unfortunately I have no time guiding you through installation right now.
But I'll write a documentation about it this weekend for my german website about elive. This I will also translate to englisch and post it here.
So please calm down, relax and just wait till I got my how-to done.
Thank you!

[OLD] - Installed Mode Hi!
You should not choose any "install" option during the bootprocess.
Just boot the liveCD to the e17 Desktop.
Then make sure your system is online and start the installer.
This is the Installer's Icon: :eliveinstaller:

[OLD] - Installed Mode Hi Michael!
Have you tried booing to reparation-mode?
Chances are this can solve your problems.
PS: How about joining Elive's IRC #elive on irc.freenode.net!? There you can get help much quicker.

Configurations and Hardware Solutions Hi!
Well, it's been a while since I did that last time. So I'm not completely sure. But I think you should simply run the installer and when it asks for the module you insert it.
Doubleclicking the Module will, of course, lead to nothing useful.
Have fun!

I guess it's "emodule-launchers" you are missing.
Simply install it using apt or synaptic.

Pluggable Devices Hi!
That sounds really weird.
Okay so there is a verbose mode. Just press alt+F1 (or was it F2?) anyway. alt+F1 or F2 should activate verbose mode.
The really weird thing here is you are talking about Topaz and you are running it since February.
Elive Topaz was released in the first days of March!
So I really doubt you are running Topaz but a prerelease.
Try this in a Terminal:
